Lesley Van Ness spent 13 years as a news anchor at WGEM TV in Quincy, Illinois, before starting her career in talent sourcing.

Lesley Van Ness began as a reporter and eventually rose through the ranks to become the weekday evening anchor for the 5, 6, and 10 pm newscasts while continuing to produce regularly.
