Inside Kate and Williams secret' 3k Windsor Suite terminal at Heathrow - including 96 staff
WITH a jam-packed schedule of royal engagements, the Prince and Princess of Wales like to jet off and enjoy some well-deserved time out just like the rest of us.
But forget the pre-flight mayhem, Prince William, Kate Middleton and their three children, Prince George, eight, Princess Charlotte, seven, and Prince Louis, four, are given the royal treatment from the moment they arrive at the airport - and it's all thanks to a 'secret' luxurious Windsor Suite at Heathrow.
The VIP lounge, which is ideal for royals, world leaders and A-list celebrities all hoping to fly under the radar, offers guests everything from a chauffeur service to Michelin-star menus and unlimited champagne.
And, if you're looking to receive VIP treatment before your next flight, the good news is the Windsor Suite is available to the general public, as long as you're a first class or business class passenger.
Oh, but there is one small catch....it'll cost you a whopping £3,000 per person for a two-hour service!
Michelin-star menu
Say goodbye to the greasy Wetherspoons fry up and obligatory beer - those dining in Heathrow VIP will be treated to a seasonal menu by Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton.

Served to guests by a personal butler, the impressive menu features “light and seasonal” British produce, ranging from light snacks to a three-course dinner.

Instagram photos reveal just a few of the mouth-watering meals on offer, with dishes including BBQ pulled chicken with celeriac slaw, spiced sea bream or steamed seabass, Hello! magazine reports.
And for anyone with a sweet tooth, there's “decadent pastries filled with pistachio and drizzled in honey” and “chocolate fondue served with marshmallows, shortbread, and fresh strawberries" on the menu, too.
Not to mention unlimited champagne to wash it all down with, of course!

Priya Malhotra, head of Heathrow VIP, told Business Insider. “You can order from the menu as much as you want.
"You can even order the entire menu and drink me out of Dom [Perignon champagne]—please do so, but I might be grumpy.”
Chauffeur service
While it's not known whether Kate and William use the chauffeur service (it really is that top secret!), the VIP experience starts from your front door.
To reduce any stress of potential traffic or parking nightmares (let's face it, we've all been there), a chauffeur will pick you up in a swish BMW and you'll be driven in style to a private entrance at Heathrow.
Then, after you've enjoyed the five-star services on offer and it's time to board, your private BMW will drive you direct to the plane.
Helpful doorman
For the average holiday-goer, the worst part of any airport trip is arguably the hours spent queueing to get through security.
Besides, who wants to remove their belts and shoes and have their entire suitcase searched for toiletries first thing in the morning?
Well, anyone receiving the VIP treatment will be greeted by a doorman, who will take their luggage to be screened, before having it put safely away on the plane.
So that whole arduous airport process will be totally avoided - and there's no need to worry about lost luggage, either.
Luxury lounge
From Kensington Palace to Adelaide Cottage on the Windsor Estate, Kate, Prince William and their three children are used to living in style.
And it'll feel like home from home for the Wales,' with the luxury lounge featuring a portrait of Her late Majesty taking centre stage on the wall.
It also offers super stylish rooms which feature artwork designed by Tanya Baxter Contemporary - and there's no need to get a numb bum on the hard airport chairs either, with a rather inviting cosy sofa on offer, along with arm chairs, a formal dining table and a large TV to tune into.
Private butler
In addition to your own personal butler, VIP guests will have 96 staff who will be all too happy to resolve any requests.
From shopping to food and drink orders, the service really is second to none.
Personal shopper
We all love treating ourselves to a new perfume or pair of designer sunglasses at the airport.
But lugging your new purchases around for hours on end and queuing in shops isn't quite as fun - especially if you've had an early wake up call.
Luckily, personal shoppers are at your every beck and call to help you splash the cash on designer purchases in the terminal, without you having to lift a finger.

What's more is that immigration and customs are sorted in the lounge, too.
Plus, individuals will get their own security lane which, according to Priya Malhotra, “takes about 30 seconds” to get through.
